Who can order the $5 meals?
The C Care $5 meals are for anyone who needs it! Whether you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed and just need a night off cooking, or you’re looking for a budget-friendly way to feed your family a healthy meal – this meal is for you! You can even order the meal for a friend or family member to let them know you’re thinking of them!
How do I place my order? Do I need to prepay?
Orders must be placed at https://orders.ccare.org.au/shop/ and must be prepaid using a credit card. Cash is not accepted at this time. If you know someone who is not able to order online, they can call us on 9636 3321 for assistance.
When do I need to order by?
Orders of Fresh meals must be placed by not later than Monday 11pm. Orders for Fresh meals after this time, will only be available for the following week. The Product Description will indicate which date the meals will be available for collection.
Orders of Frozen meals, Soups and Desserts can be done at any time of the week.
How and when do I pick up my order?
Fresh meals will be available for pick up on Thursdays between 1pm – 5pm and Friday between 10am – 2pm. Frozen meals, Soup and Desserts are available for pickup on Monday through Friday between 10am-4:00pm. All pick ups must be collected from our dispatch bay at 2 Bath St, St Kilda VIC 3182.
Any order that include both a fresh and frozen meal will be ready once the fresh meal is cooked and available. This information is found in the feature product page underneath the price.
Do you have a delivery option?
We are not able to make deliveries of meals at this time.

Each week, we will advertise the following week’s menu on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as at https://orders.ccare.org.au/shop/
Where is the Kosher Meat Sourced?
The meat and poultry cooked in the $5 Meals is sourced from Solomons and Continental Butchers. If you only prefer Solomons butcher, please let us know if the “Notes” section of the order page.
